1. Changed the warranty period from 1 year to 3 years for products such as power amplifier, pre amplifier, and all kinds of loudspeaker that being purchased from August 1, 2008 onwards.
2. When purchasing products, customers have to registered form and must be applied within 30 days from the day that product is being purchased to claim the 3 years warranty.
3. Products that have been purchased from company since January 1st – July 31st 2008, company will extend the warranty period from 1 year to 2 years from the day that product is being purchased.
4. All kinds of Vacuum Tube and Projector lamp have 90 days warranty from the day that product is being purchased.
5. Satisfaction guarantee from the company, product can replaced within 30 days from the day that product is being purchased if any kind of defect or damage found whether inside or outside of the product from the factory.
6. If customer wants to change the product (any model) within 90 days, company will deduct a minimum of 20% from the product purchased price. Also, the remaining value can be exchanged to the new product and if the value of the new product is more than the exchanged product then customers have to pay more but if the value of the new product is less than the exchanged product, company will not pay money back to the customer.
7. Buy Back Guarantee; when purchasing products in the category of power amplifier, pre amplifier, turntable, and loudspeaker that have the value from Bht. 300,000 over. Buy Back Guarantee is applied from the 1st of September, 2008 onwards.

8. Excepted products from Buy back Guarantee are such as Digital Product, Home Theater, DA Converter, Multi Room, Projector, and Cable and out of warranty product.
9. Buy Back Guarantee product must have 100% condition, (all the equipment included) and can not be modified from anywhere else before.
10. In case of selling product that still in the warranty period to another customer, new buyer has to register again via letter or email or fax and send to the company. Registration form must have first name, last name, address, contact phone number, date of birth, model of the product, and serial number of the product clearly so the warranty period is still valid until 3 years.
11. Every kind of products that have been purchased from the company will have to place the sticker which will be placed by sale representative on the installation day at the customer house and if the sticker is lost or ripped out, the warranty period will be ended right away.
    Notice** Completed Sticker have to be singed by showroom manager and installation guy.
    
    
12. For the customers that are interested in company’s product and wanting to have a testing at home will have to pay the transportation fees which will be depending on the distance of the place.
